Terms & Conditions
10% government tax, 10% service charge and 5% surcharge are not included, all rates are quoted in US$.
In addition the government of Anguilla have approved a tourism marketing levy of $1 per person per day that has to be paid by all visitors who stay on the island.

Only persons identified on the booking form are authorized to use the property and stay over night. Any additional person staying over night is requird to pay the sum of $25.00US per night. Any changes or additions to the party must be identified prior to occupation, guests must not sublet the apartment, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 PEOPLE PER APARTMENT.
Children under 14 years of age will not be permitted to stay in the top floor apartment.

20% deposit (non refundable) is payable on booking, with full payment due 30 days prior to occupation.
Cancellation will result in the loss of total payment, if cancellation is within 30 days of occupation.

The owners of Brookland Island View Apartments cannot be held liable for any personal injuries, death, loss or damage to personal effects. It is recommended that the rental guest acquire proper medical and travel insurance in the event you should take ill while outside your country of residence.

Guests agree to reimburse the owners of Brooklands Island View Apartments for any damage to the apartments, furniture, fittings and missing items (e.g. keys, towels etc) at a reasonable price agreed with the owners before guests leave the apartments. Brookland Island View Apartments are not responsible for the loss of any items left within the apartments by guests. Sorry no pets allowed.
